In October 2017<\/strong>, I had the opportunity to participate in the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)<\/strong> program by Human Factors International (HFI)<\/strong>\u2014an intensive, two-week, full-time professional program<\/strong> designed to strengthen UX capability through science-backed frameworks and hands-on practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
